The aim is to get goods and services from developing and transition countries onto both the European and Swiss markets, thereby increasing income levels in the countries concerned.

Promotion of investments in selected programme countries, which involves providing the local business promotion organisation with support when carrying out “matchmaking” activities and informing the Swiss private sector about specific investment opportunities within these countries.
